It is manufactured with high-grade 7mm neoprene to aid performance. Relied on by strength athletes in India, these 7mm knee sleeves are ideal for powerlifting and heavy training.
*SIZING GUIDE: Use a soft tape measure to measure the thickest part of your Knee joint. Measure BOTH Knee joints and take the bigger measurement. Choose a size based on the size chart below.
*IF YOU MEASURE BETWEEN SIZES, GO UP IN SIZE. DO NOT CHOOSE SIZE BASED ON PREVIOUS SLEEVES YOU HAVE WORN OR WHAT YOUR FRIENDS WEAR, USE YOUR CALF MEASUREMENT. IF YOU HAVE LARGER QUADS, WE RECOMMEND GOING UP IN SIZE AS WELL.
*THESE SLEEVES ARE MADE TO BE EXTREMELY TIGHT AND HARD TO GET ON AND OFF AND REQUIRE GREAT EFFORT AND SKILL. THEY ARE NOT LIKE OTHER KNEE SLEEVES.

How to measure
Measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg out straight, keeping your muscles relaxed. Measure around the centre of your kneecap (at the patella), and the thickest part of your calf.

Care instructions
We recommend hand–washing your knee sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allowing the sleeves to air dry standing up.
The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the knee sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can get caught up or damaged by wringing. The high heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).
If you don't have good programming any knee sleeves won't help you in increasing your squat.

The compression and stiffness is greate but the steaching needs more improvement I have broken a few string by just folding it inside out
The sizing is wrong. I got the XL(37-40) according to the chart. The sleeves was too loose. Now I see that sizing has been changed to L for 37-40. I mentioned that to owner and asked for replacement (I have only worn the sleeves once only for checking the size). According to him size changes every batch, this completely illogical for a single sku. I would recommend sticking to standard well tested brands rather than wasting your hard earned money on this.
The quality of these knee sleeves is terrible — you don't even get a 5kg boost in squats. don't buy them.
Compression and stability wise it is good ... But stitching was very poor ... After buying it is just 14 days and i have 2-3 squat session.. the stitching has tearing from the side . After spending 2500 for a knee sleeves , it is just only 14 days not even a month the stitches is tearing it is not value for money ... For a person who is just starting powerlifting and have a thought to buy a knee sleeve which will last for 1 year please don't choose this one .. For 2-3 month it will give the value .. grindgear will never take responsibility of the customer...
