    Flat Sole, but Painful Sizing

    The shoe does not fit anywhere near true to size, and the adjustable straps cause the hard fabric to pinch inward, resulting in a pain on the upper foot and ankle. The ankle has no padding whatsoever, which means if you have narrow ankles, with these unhelpful straps and poor sizing, your foot is going to be slipping and sliding inside or in pain.

    The flat sole makes it usable on deadlifts, but borderline dangerous with any other foot exercise (like heel-elevated squats or calf-raises). I'd rather be barefoot than wear one of these.
