ELASTIC ANKLE: These pants can be converted to a “capri” style quickly. But more importantly, unlike other training pants that roll back down, these will stay put underneath the kneecap while training. This is one of my most beloved features of these pants!

TEMPERATURE CONTROL: As speed and strength training can require long rest periods between efforts, the material helps keep the lower body at the same temperature during workout sessions. They're great in both very hot and very cold conditions, wear them year-round!

ZIPPERED POCKETS: Avoid “pockets flying out”

Also, I would advise "shoe tying" the pant's drawstrings when washing; This keeps them from being pulled out of the pants.
